NAPERVILLE ADDITIONAL ROUTES

Some of these routes have been operated directly by Pace, others by contract operators, often school bus companies. Routes operated under contract by Commuter Bus Systems until 1986, when routes assumed by Du Page Motor Coach Co./Naperville. Du Page Motor Coach Co. evolved to First Student. Some of these routes were subsequently discontinued.

Pace Contract Operations

781 - North Naperville Office Complexes - introduced 6/26/78, was a reverse feeder route to and from Naperville Metra station. But a 1984 timetable indicates route #781 as a North Naperville Midday route. Discontinued 2/7/2010.

785 - Northeast Naperville Midday - midday route introduced 8/22/88, discontinued 6/12/89.

786 - Southwest Naperville Midday - midday route introduced 6/29/78, discontinued 8/24/90.

787 - Southeast Naperville Midday - midday route introduced 6/29/78, discontinued in 2008.

788 - Naperville-Fox Valley Center - midday route introduced 5/05/80, discontinued 07/01/81.

788 - Northwest Naperville Midday - midday route introduced 8/22/88, discontinued in 2008.

790 - Route 59-Warrenville - rush hour feeder route introduced 7/17/89, after opening of new Route 59 Metra station and replaced route #679 which had served the Naperville station. Route discontinued in 1996.

791 - Route 59-Country Lakes - rush hour feeder route introduced 7/17/89, after opening of new Route 59 Metra station. Route was short lived.
