Intercity trains operated until the formation of Amtrak in 1971, with all and additional stations surviving when passenger service was discontinued.

Port Washington (25.2) - station was located north of Grand Ave., on the east side of the track.

Sheboygan (50.5) - station was located south of Pennsylvania Ave., on the east side of the track.

Manitowoc (76.7) - station was located north of Clark St., on the west side of the track. An earlier station was located northwest of the intersection of Franklin St. and 13th St., on the east side of the track of a line more directly serving Manitowoc.
