Fort Atkinson (112.0) - station was located at the west end of 3rd St., on the east side of the track.

Jefferson (117.2) - station was located south of Milwaukee St., on the east side of the track.

Watertown (130.6) - station was located northeast of the crossing with the Milwaukee Road main line, which also used the station.

Juneau (145.7) - station was located south of Oak St., on the west side of the track.
