Main line from Chicago to Milwaukee, beyond Rondout where commuter trains branch west to Fox Lake. Passenger service continues under Amtrak, stopping only at the new stations at Sturtevant and Milwaukee Airport.

Rondout (32.3)

Wilson (36.8) - station was located south of Belvidere Rd., on the east side of the tracks.

Gurnee (38.6) - station was located north of Grand Ave., on the east side of the tracks.

Wadsworth (42.9) - station was located north of Wadsworth Rd., on the east side of the tracks.

Russell (47.0) - station was located south of Russell Rd., on the west side of the tracks.

Sturtevant (61.8) - station was located at the southwest quadrant of the former crossing with the "Racine & Southwestern" line, and was used by Amtrak until 2006, when Amtrak opened its new station to the north. The old station building was acquired by the village of Caledonia up the line, and was moved to the village's Linwood Park on 5 Mile Road.

Milwaukee (85.7) - station was located at 4th St. and Everett St. until 1965, when it was replaced with the present station now used by Amtrak.
