Dundee (22.8) - station was located north of Main St., on the west side of the track.

Milan (30.9) - station was located south of the crossing with the Wabash Railroad, which also used the station.

Ann Arbor (44.5) - station was located south of William St., on the east side of the track.

Howell (73.9) - station was located at the north end of Walnut St., on the south side of the track.

Durand (95.5) - station was located southeast of the crossing with two Grand Trunk Western lines, which primarily used the station. The Ann Arbor Railroad passed on the east side of the station. The station building still stands, Amtrak continues to stop there.

Vernon (98.7) - station was located east of Walnut St., on the north side of the track.

Corunna (104.0) - station was located east of Shiawassee St., on the north side of the track.

Owosso (106.1) - station was located west of Washington St., on the north side of the track.
