Was Black & White Transportation Co. until 1946. In 1962 acquired Fort Dodge-Sioux City route when Sioux Lines ceased operations. Operated until 1987, with Dubuque-Waterloo segment sold to Greyhound, and Waterloo-Sioux City segment sold to Jefferson Lines.
