Incorporated 1934 as Rochester-Penfield Bus Co., later began operating under name Valley Bus Lines, later Valley Trailways, in 1958 officially renamed Western New York Motor Lines after acquisition of that company, in 1962 joined Trailways, officially renamed 1981 to Empire Trailways, sold 1994 to New York Trailways.
