The line from Aurora to West Chicago was the Burlington Route's original line into Chicago, using trackage rights over the Chicago & North Western between West Chicago and Chicago. Service reportedly continued over this route until 1943, but was not listed in later editions of the Official Guide. Little is known about the line to West Batavia, other than that the branch line ended in Geneva.
